Ronald Harden developed a model that places the curriculum of a medical school along a spectrum of six educational strategies (1). In response to this feedback, we created the two-set discussion exercise process as detailed above in order to ensure that residents receive faculty feedback to help facilitate a better understanding and application of the webinar material to their own experience and ELPs.
